Training and testing facilites     The McDay Industries test kitchen is avaiable to anyone wishing to test the Sureflow Smoke house or there product. Periodic smoked product schools are run by certified master sausage magers for those wanting to learn more about processing and the use of various equipment.      A Federated Co-op advanced Smoked Product and Value Added Program was held in the McDay Industries test kitchen on April 26/27 2005.
